NGAN NGUYEN

Ngan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, majoring in Commercial Law, from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. Throughout her studies and professional experience, she has gained practical experience in legal consulting, with a particular focus on commercial law, corporate law, and legal matters related to business operations.

In addition to a solid academic foundation in law, Ngan has experience in reviewing and handling legal documents, contracts, and dossiers. Through these experiences, she has progressively developed her legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, enabling her to provide practical solutions tailored to the needs of businesses. Her professional experience in the legal field has also helped her develop meticulousness, logical thinking, and the ability to handle matters requiring a high degree of accuracy.

With the goal of becoming a lawyer, Ngan joined Sonnan Law in June 2026 and officially took on the role of Legal Assistant.
